Cordillera de Fuego Bio Kaffee - Preservation of natural aromasCordillera de Fuego All about green coffee & the coffee farm This Caturra and Catua Anaerobic comes from Cordillera de Fuego, a micro mill in the highlands of Tarraz, Costa Rica. It was founded in 2015 by Luis Eduardo Campos and his partner Coco, with the goal of processing coffee from both their own farm and neighboring smallholders. Luis Eduardo has been intensively involved with anaerobic fermentation since 2006 and is one of the pioneers of this
