Sleeves are 5. 5 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 27. Peplum is 17 long from waist to hem. Dress buttons down front to hip level, has long peplum over a straight skirt. Fabric is rayon taffeta, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains; but there are belt loops and no belt. True
