60’s Sleeveless Black Long Fringe Maxi Dress by H/B Jrs of California 80s hawaii hat tag size: MMeasures 36 through the bust, 34 at the waist, 38 through the hips and length is 54. Slits start 24 down from top of shoulder and go to hem. Fringe is 34 long; starts 8. 5 down from shoulder. Straight in shape with nylon back zipper and side slits. Fabric is rayon crepe with rayon fringe; unlined. Label reads H B Jrs of California. Excellent condition with no holes or stains.
