Button down the front with a half back belt and ankle sweeping hemline. This dress reminds us of those worn by women in 1920s 1930s to tea parties held in lush gardens. A nod to retro without looking "costumy" or too literal. The deep v neckline would look amazing framing layers of pearls or stacks of gold chains.
