The Blue Opal She has the most stunningMeet Blue Opal, she is a beautiful thick dark blue velvet dream dress, she is made by one of my favourite boutique labels of the late 60s and early 70s, Quad, although she has sadly lost her labels. Blue Opal has the best silhouette, which is very 30s esque, with a deep cut neckline, beautifully shaped bodice and stunning puff sleeves. She has a super flattering alluring silhouette with an empire waist and a flowing skirt, and when worn looks simply
