Lace and mesh are sturdy and I didn't note any obvious holes or tears

would be beautiful worn as a camisole beneath a sweater as well

So I'm thinking it's Southwest or Mexican themed? Excellent condition, I didn't notice anything aside from very light wear aging. Original belt is present and is in good condition. Note that the form has a waist of 24. 5" so I wasn't able to button the top button. All buttons are present however.
