Each side has an open below the waist pleat. Fabric is an easy care polyester. White background, black trim with a huge center floral pattern. There is a fringed unattached belt. The fringe shows some wear. No label. shoulders, edge to edge 32" bust can go out to 58" elastic waist 34 48" but it can be cinched in total length 34" As for the
