The fabric is a flowy polyester georgette (looks like silk but easy to care for!). The print is a patchworkish floral in colors of: red, sky blue, hot pink, purple, orange, teal, bright green and white. The blouse has a V neck with a dolman puffed sleeve, ending in elastic at the 3 4 length. There are gussets down the sides of both sleeves with a pleated panel of hot pink on one sleeve and bright
