60’s Cobalt Blue Velvet Netted Pillbox Hat s small blouse Really nice ruffle bottom trimThis style perches atop the head, so it's basically one size fits all. Hat measures 8. 5" in diameter, and inner diameter of crown is 6. 5". Height of crown is 3". Fabric is velvet, grosgrain ribbon, wire and netting over a stiffened fabric base. No label, no lining. Very good condition with a few breaks in the netting and a dent in the crown ( could be steamed out). True color is vivid blue with teal blue ribbon. **A note on measurements: I like to
