The gown has a crossover bodice and raised empire waist. The skirt is straight and slit at each side from above the knee. Closes at the back with an invisible zip. It has a half lining to the level where the slits begin. The fabric is a heavy brocade with a raised textured design, probably rayon. It is a custom made dress, so no tags. The dressmaker has thoughtfully left a
