There is a fair amount a seam allowance in the skirt to allow for alterations

1950s Beaded Suede Pumps by DeLiso Debs art_deco Material is lightweightChocolate suede pumps from the early 50s with bead embellished almond toes and graceful 3 1 2" heels. These are in excellent condition with only minor rubbing to the suede, mostly the backs of the heels. They are marked a size 6 1 2B, measuring 9 1 2" long and just under 3 1 4" wade across the ball.
