50's Delicate Birdcage Veil black brown leather Made in Dominican RepublicA 50's veil birdcage hat of navy netting dotted with patterned specks of navy velvet and a row of navy velvet bows from the top to the back. The hat fits over the head and covers the eyes. It measures 30" around and is 8" high from top to bottom. Very good condition (a few breaks in the netting, can be seen in last photo). Catalog # 6482
