Neither are that noticeable but should come out with a cleaning

1950s Multi-Colored Cinch Belt 50s_hat Fabric is a a midweight50s multi colored cinch belt metallic threads running through the fabric. Clasp is silver toned and has three loops that hook onto corresponding discs. The belt isn't made of elastic but rather a fabric with stretch. It's not as stretchy as elastic, more like a ponte or similar knit. Unstretched it measure 20. 5" and stretches to about 26. 5". It could stretch a bit more, but again, it's not SUPER stretchy. It measures about 2 5 8" wide. Very nice
