It's lined in black fabric and has an open inside pocket. It measures 14" high, 15" wide, 4 1 2" deep and the strap rise is 10". Very good condition (The lining has been repaired in a spot where is meets the weave, and there are a few pilled frayed spots noticeable on close inspection and seen in last two photos).
