Union tag attached as well as dry cleaning tags. This would be an amazing dress for a Halloween costume as little bo peep or Mary Poppins. This is a dress you won't find anywhere else! I cannot find a size tag but these are the approximate measurements 12" across the waist, 14" armpit to armpit and 28" waist to hem. It has no stretch.
