80's Mint Green Fitted Elastic Waist Dress by Leslie Fay vintage glam Shoulder to back hem 70"A Leslie Fay 80's dress in mint green. The fabric is Rayon blend. The shirtdress style is fitted in the bodice with an elasticized waist and full skirt. The top has vertical bands of lace and tucks that are repeated at the cuffs. It has a jewel neckline, the shoulders are padded and the short sleeves are puffy. It closes with a back nylon zipper and is unlined. There are belt loops but no belt. It measures 13" across the shoulders, 36" around the
