The 3 4 length sleeves have cuffs that can be rolled up. There's pleating down the front and back. The dress slips over the wearer's head, fastening with three buttons at the back, and can be cinched with a matching 84" long x 10" wide tie belt. It's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements:
