Padro wanted to make vermouth using a wine in the style of a Tarragona Clssic, aged in large oak vats, and blended in the final coupage with a small amount of solera wine and their own special touch of vermouth herbs. Aromas are intense, sweet and striking. Dried figs, roasted hazelnuts and green walnuts in particular.
