Empress 1908, Indigo Gin, Canada, 750mL Prickly Pear with fine bubblesOn the nose you will detect the juniper, spicy and floral notes. The flavor profile is reminiscent of a classic London Dry with the addition of more floral notes and a hit of citrus pith. The finish is clean and lightly dry with a lavender blush. A beautiful gin.
