Clean and replace tip service requires a serviceable injector without damage. Owner supplied injectors are submerged into a heated ultrasonic tank for initial cleaning, disassembled for inspection, injector bodies and components are cleaned with a second trip through the ultrasonic cleaner, new tips are assembled onto the injector
