Marie de Louvoy 'Carte Noire' Crémant de Bourgogne Extra Brut, N/V dry hopped A fluffy citrus creamsicleThis wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir. It is a blend of Pinot grapes from three separate climates in Molesme, and is incredibly dry, with only 3g L of residual sugar. The vineyards are in some of the most northern corners of Burgundy and have been known to make exceptional crmant for decades. Enjoy it with oysters or the triple crme cheese Brillat Savarin and some petits toasts.
