Our surplus frames are in very good condition and come complete with straps and kidney pads. Some frames look new but please expect some marks. All of the straps are Quick Release. There is a mix of Woodland Camo and Olive straps. We can not choose the color but the frame will be a matched set. The A. L. I. C. E. (All Purpose Lightweight
