Castel Juval Pinot Bianco Alto Adige Val Venosta, 2022 vidal Super saturated with one ofThis wine is made of 100% Pinot Bianco. We would pair it with carbonara. The grapes benefit from diurnal shift, warm days and cool nights, and develop strong acidity and aromatics. In the cellar, Castel Juval allows for a brief skin contact, to allow the juice to soak up some minerality. The wine is extremely balanced and refreshing, with full aromatics and sharp stone fruits on the palate.
