Antique Victorian Staffordshire Aesthetic Movement Dragon Handle Chrysanthemum Pitcher scrolls they appear to be indentationsI think this piece is exquisite and stunning. This antique pitcher was manufactured Circa 1890 1920 during a period known as the Aesthetic Movement. It was made by Ridgways and the pattern is called Chrysanthemum. The handle is a unique dragon shape with gold highlights. The pattern is an all over, airy floral in a plethora of colors. It is uniquely decorated on each side and has a square shape. Ridgway Potteries Ltd, was founded sometime around 1744.
