Bitumen Primer 5L july-offers-garden-2058 storage and eating on-the-go usingLow viscosity bituminous primer for use on porous surfaces before remedial roof treatment, including pour and roll and torch on felt applications. Primer can be applied to a wide variety of substrates including metal, concrete, asbestos cement etc. It can be applied to damp but not wet surfaces. Due to the nature of the solvent used, it will dry rapidly after application.
