Working only with Mavrud, an indigenous varietal to Bulgaria, the vinification of the wine resembles that of an amarone, which gives a wildly different experience in comparison to his 'Santimenti' Mavrud. Intervention is kept to a minimum, with his goal being to allow the grapes to speak for themselves and give you the most authentic and honest experience
