Maria Lozano in Mexico crafts the wonderful skeletal figurine from papier mache, painting it carefully by hand. Lozano designs the figurine after the original 'La Calavera Catrina', a zinc etching created by the artist Jos Guadalupe Posada in Mexico around 1910.
