Radikon Sivi Pinot Grigio, 2019 vernaccia NATURAL IN COLOUR AND NON-CHILL-FILTERED100% Pinot Grigio from Slovenia. Made with natural yeasts, this wine has a shorter period of skin contact, resulting in a less intense but still unique "orange" flavor. Fermented in oak vat and aged for 18 months, it's bottled without filtration for a pure taste. Serve with grilled swordfish and white beans with garlicky greens.
