The principal stone is a 1. 5 carat natural blue sapphire, cut into a faceted cushion shape and mounted in millegrain platinum. It's surrounded by a halo of ten old Euro diamonds, totalling 1. 5 carats, and also mounted in millegrain bezel settings. It's modelled in 18 karat gold with platinum settings, with French marks to the
