Gently massage the oil into your scalp in a circular motion for a few minutes, then work your way to the ends of your hair. Warm oil treatment: For best results, heat oil until warm, apply to scalp, cover with warm towel or heat cap, allow to sit and penetrate the hair follicle and hair shaft for 10 to 15 minutes then wash rinse thoroughly
