Textura 'Pretexto' Tinto Dão, 2020 arak youthful side of the grapeThis wine is made of a blend of grapes from vineyards in Portugal's Do region. The grapes Jaen, Alfrochiero and Tinta Roriz make up 50% of the wine and come from Penalva do Castelo, while the remaining half is made from Jaen and Touriga Nacional from Vila Nova de Tazem. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel before coming together in large french oak barrels for 11 months. In 2020, the vineyards experienced inconsistent weather that
