Georgian "Three Cupids" Spinner Fob Pendant moonstone Would make a great stackingDATE: Georgian, c. 1800 A fantastic antique spinner fob pendant dating from the Georgian period, circa 1800. The spinner features three oval hardstone agate panels, each intaglio carved with cupid (eros), the god of love and desire. Cupid is typically seen as a cherubic infant wielding a bow and arrow, however in the first carnelian panel, he is seen with lyre, serenading an owl, which is sat upon a small pedestal, possibly a reference to Athena and
