Ideal with aged cheese. Bouquet : Luscious fruit flavors. Dark plums and blackcurrant, black chocolate with hints of coffee and toasted oak barrels. Taste : Notes of dark plums and spice, generously framed by toasty American oak with a soft and well structured mouth feel.
