Familia Torres 'Celeste' Verdejo Rueda, 2023 ohio and of courseThis wine is made of Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc. The juice is aged on its lees for a minimum of 4 months, for textural complexity. Distinctly herbal and slightly effervescent, this wine is super refreshing. We would pair it with tinned mackerel, crusty sourdough, and pan con tomate with thin slices of manchego on top.
