Georgian Flower Link Chain Necklace niello possibly depicting Ampelos - personificationDATE: Georgian Regency, c. 1810 A beautifully formed Georgian chain dating from the early 19th century, circa 1810. Each individual link is adorned with two flowers crafted from seven tiny beads, and alternating links are orientated at 90 degrees to create a tube like profile. It's a great wearable length at 18. 5 inches, and the barrel clasp features further beadwork flowers. MEASUREMENTS Length: 18. 5 inches Width of links: 4mm Clasp: 23. 4 x 5. 1mm
