It is a Junmai sake, polished to 55%, and includes 5% unpolished rice. Slightly unfiltered and full of interesting flavors of figs, grenadine, pear juice, vanilla, watermelon, and sarsaparilla. Berries and cream vibes, IYKYK. Enjoy with spicy rich pastas, chicken katsu, or strawberry ice cream.
