This is not a genuine Land Rover part but can be used as an alternative to Land Rover part number LR029746

This kit allows you to mount the ARB compressor in the void behind the spare wheel on the rear door of the Defender L663

It is essentially a modular system that allows for the attachment of various accessories (a system that was developed and widely used in the armed forces)
