Honeyed ginger, ripe apricot flesh, and dried white flowers and a subtle nutty, savory backbone. On the palate, it is rich and juicy, with vibrant smoky lemon peel and ripe stone fruits and luscious poached pear. 750 cases made. Pair with poached salmon and a dill cream sauce or paella prepared over wood fire.
