It is fermented with native yeasts and aged in small oak casks for seven years. It is a brilliant golden amber with honey, toasted almond, and vanilla aromas. On the palate it's sweet and rich with candied apricot, orange peel, figs, and brioche. Enjoy it after a delicious meal or with biscotti and pistachio ice cream.
