Fongoli 'La Palmetta' Grechetto Bianco, 2023 raw Pair with grilled chicken andThis wine is 100% Grechetto, a lesser known varietal out of Umbria. 'La Palmetta' comes from clay laden and limestone soils, bio dynamically farmed, and harvested by hand. A great amount of care goes into displaying its palette of white peach, wildflowers, and seashell. We recommend pairing this with seared ahi tuna steaks on a bed of mushroom risotto.
